| 摘 要： | “城中村”是城市化快速发展过程中的必然产物，在建设与发展中出现了一系列问题。找准“城中村”的位置，剖析其深层原因，对“城中村”的改造将有极大帮助。以连云港市新庄村、洪门村为例，通过实地调查，探讨其在建设与发展过程中的问题及原因，探索其未来的发展之路。

| Abstract: | City village,as a product of urbanization,has aroused a series of problems in its construction and development.It pays to identify the development orientation of city village and analyze the underlying causes of these problems.The paper bases all its discussion on the practical investigation into Xinzhuang and Hongmen Village in the city of Lianyungang. |
