| 摘 要： | 针对国有企业改制后职工思想政治工作所面临的新情况、新问题和新特点，以及改制企业思想政治工作存在的误区进行分析探查，在此基础上，提出做好改制企业思想政治工作，必须要强化意识、抓好队伍建设、讲求针对性和实效性、注重与时俱进和开拓创新。
