| 摘 要： | 通过对澳门死刑与死刑观的历史变迁的研究,指出澳门死刑废除的理论依据与欧洲近代关于死刑观念的人权思想的变化息息相关,进而论述了我国内地虽一直延续死刑制度,但也存在有关死刑存废的争论。因此,从澳门死刑废除的历史及其效果来看,可以给正在不断进步的我国内地的刑法制度以有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on Macau's death penalty abolishment and the historical changes in the concept of death penalty,it points out that the abolishment of death penalty in Macau is closely related to the contemporary European idea on the human rights of death penalty.More lights are shed on the disputes on maintaining or abolishing death penalty in the mainland. |
