| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前我国企业ERP系统实施与应用成功率低的现实,提出了“企业文化不适应以ERP系统为代表的企业信息化管理环境的要求,是导致我国许多企业ERP系统应用失败的重要原因”的观点。论文阐述了与ERP系统应用相适应的企业文化应具有的特征,并就如何建立与ERP系统应用相适应的企业文化进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the fact of low rate of success of the application of ERP systems in enterprises of our country,this paper puts forwards that the main reason causing the failure of the application of ERP systems in most enterprises of our country is the unsuitable of the enterprise culture to the circumstance of the application of ERP systems.This paper describes the characteristics of the enterprise culture which is suitable for the application of ERP system,and expounds how to construct this kind of enterprise culture |
