| 摘 要： | 文章致力于将高校民族团结教育与就业优先政策相结合,梳理回顾高校民族团结教育体系构建的学术研究背景,阐释民族团结教育体系与就业优先政策结合的重要意义,论述结合就业优先政策的高校民族团结教育体系构建内容,对新时代就业优先政策下的高校民族团结教育体系构建提出了部分可行性的路径。
