| 摘 要： | 新疆城市在这百年间发生巨大变化。其城市质量的提升主要表现在基础设施的快速发展与巨大变化，城市经济产业结构发生根本性转变，各经济要素配置日趋合理，城市文化得到很大发展，教育质量明显改善，各族人民的文化素质有了很大提高，城市居民生活水平大幅提升，生活质量日益改善，城市各构成要素和所涉及领域在质量和规模上都显示出巨大的发展与提升。
