摘    要:当代大学生出现不同程度的"学困"现象,这样的学生被称之为"学困生".排除"学困"障碍,对其进行转化是学校管理工作中重要的一环,它直接影响到学校教育的成败.怎样通过构建和谐师生关系来排除大学生的"学困"障碍是众多高等教育工作者苦苦思索的问题.根据教育教学管理实践,分析研究了通过构建和谐师生关系排除大学生的"学困"障碍的对策、方法和措施.

Abstract:There are a lot of college students with learning difficulties at present.In comparison with other students,they have learning disability.It is important and decisive to get over the obstacle of Difficult Learingand transform them.The hard task for educators is how to develop a harmonious teacher-student relationship by removing the obstacle of learning difficulties.The strategy,methods and measures are investigated according to educational practice.
