| Abstract: | When capitalist companies entered into their second stage, more and more managers became controllers. Now many of China's state owned companies are facing the same situation. How to improve the corporate governance structure of the state|owned companies? Much can be learnt from British and American market|guided models such as the perfection of capital market, the reform of bank system, the selection of management talents and the establishment of independent board of directors, etc. |
