| 摘 要： | 公司型大学是迎合知识经济需要的制度创新。它的基本职能是孵化高技术成果，开发高技术产品，实现高技术成果的商业化和产业化。其社会功能是促进科技创新和知识应用的有效结合，孵化和发展高技术产业。公司型大学有自身独特的组织特征和运行机制。中国创办公司型大学需要从角色定位、创办途径和运作形式入手。

| Abstract: | Company-model university is an institutional innovation catering to the demand of knowledge economy.Its basic tasks are hatching high-tech achievements,developing high-tech products and industrializing high-tech achievements.Its social functions are promoting the combination of science and technology innovation with knowledge application,and hatching and developing high-tech industry.It has special organization characteristics and operation mechanism of its own.When a company-model university is set up in China,the first consideration should be its role position,constructive approach and operation form. |
