内部劳动力市场的高学历非自愿失业现象分析

摘    要:随着高学历者——尤其是大学生毕业人数的增多,高学历失业现象引起了人们的广泛关注与重视。非自愿失业现象主要原因是劳动力本身之外的因素的影响,内部劳动力市场的职位内部配给便是其中一项重要的原因。内部劳动力市场的机制仍然不完善,需要深化企业体制改革,提高市场调节功能;健全适应现代企业制度要求的选人用人机制,同时加强高校毕业生就业指导。

Abstract:With increasing in the number of highly educated graduates,it aroused widespread concern and attention for the unemployment phenomenon of highly educated.No-voluntary unemployment is mainly due to factors other than the labor itself;one of important reasons is the impact of the internal rationing of position within the internal labor market.Internal labor market mechanism is still imperfect which need to deepen the reforms of enterprises' system to improve market regulation functions;perfect the recruitment and employment system adjusting modern enterprise system;meanwhile,strengthen the employment guidance for under-graduates.
