叠氮钠与胡萝卜汁对河蚌肝组织超氧化物岐化酶活性的影响

摘    要:本文报道了经不同浓度叠氮钠(NaN3)液和加胡萝卜汁浸养24小时后角背无齿蚌肝组织中超氧化物岐化酶(Superoxidedismutase.SOD.EC.1.15.1.1.)酶活性变化,结果发现NaN3对酶活性具有明显抑制作用,其抑制作用大小与浓度呈正相关,而新鲜胡萝卜汁对NaN3的抑制作用具有显著的拮抗性,可使酶活性恢复正常,甚至升高

Effects of Sodium Azide and Carrot Extract on Superoxide Dismutase Activities in the Liver Tissue of Anotonta Woodiana

Abstract:This paper reports the changes of superoxide dismutase activities in the liver tissue of Anotonta woodiana treated eith sodium azide (NaN 3) for different concentration and with carrot extract for twenty-four hour hours. Results show that NaN 3 has obviousinhibition for emzymatic activities and the inhibition ipositive lrelatet the concentration; and that fresh carrot extract haobviouantagonism for this inhibition, and it can recover emzymatic activities to a normalor even higher state.
