| 摘 要： | 就临床医学七年制实施专业学位培养以来所面临的培养模式问题进行探讨,提出临床医学七年制的培养采用贯通式本硕连读培养模式,即将本科教育和研究生教育协调统一起来,突破目前本硕分阶段培养的模式。在培养过程中采用副导师培养机制、学术个性化培养机制等具体措施,加强临床医学七年制的管理体系研究。

| Abstract: | Since cultivation of the specialty degree is applied in seven-year system clinical medicine, many questions have aroused. This article discusses about these questions. It gives the cultivating pattern of sequential education including under-graduation and post-graduation for seven-year,that is,harmonizing the under graduation education and post graduation education, abandoning the present separate pattern. During the course of cultivating, we should use many measures including cultivating mechanism of the assistant-supervisor and academic characterization, and intensify the investigation on management system of seven-year system clinical medicine. |
