| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济的全球化,各种犯罪活动也呈现出国际化的特征,国际社会为打击这些犯罪活动颁布了一系列国际条约。中国不但注重通过制定国内刑法来打击这些犯罪活动,同时也注重国际方面的合作,将国内刑法与国际刑法接轨,即中国刑法的国际化。这在打击恐怖主义犯罪、毒品犯罪、洗钱犯罪和反酷刑等方面都有所体现。
