| 摘 要： | 加强独立学院党的建设是独立学院持续健康发展的必然要求。独立学院应充分利用自身的体制和机制优势,在继承的基础上创新和完善,健全组织系统,完善工作机制,加强党的建设,强化党员教育管理,妥善处理好各种关系,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用和监督保证作用,确保社会主义办学方向,为社会提供充足的人才支持和有效的智力服务。

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable requirement for independent colleges to enhance the Party building work for the sake of the sustainable development.Independent colleges should make best use of the advantages of its system and mechanism,innovate the organization and system,strengthen the education and management for Party members,deal well with different relationships,give full play to the nuclear and supervisory role of the Party organization and make sure of the direction of socialism in running a school,which will offer enough human resources and effective intelligence service for the society. |
