Yunxi You Yi is the recluse of the late Dynasty Tang,Fan Shu's short novel.His writing aim is to provide the talking data for literati friends,so it seeks for"elegance"and"interest"in thematic content and artistic performance;the former shows through collecting a large number of poems and describing literati's lives,the latter makes it by delicately arranging the topic,the choices of poems and characters.Therefore,the book has an unreplaceable position which embodies in the store of the poems of Dynasty Tang,the literati's lives and pursuit in the late Dynasty Tang,and the intercutions between them.
