| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后,美国成为世界上唯一的超级大国.它在各方面的超级实力进一步刺激了其霸权野心."新帝国论"的产生具有国力、思想意识、国际环境等方面的原因,但由于受限于国际因素与国内政治,又面临着重重困局.

| Abstract: | After the Cold War,the United States has become the only superpower in the world.Its colossal strength at every respect stimulates the ambition of the hegemony over the world.The immergence of the "Neo-imperialism" can be traced to several reasons,such as its comprehensive strength,its ideology and the international environment.But made unpopular by the domestic factors and the world politics,the policy has been in a dilemma. |
