| 摘 要： | 发展低碳农业是中国应对未来农业的巨大挑战、实现农业可持续发展的一项重要举措。近年来,中国在发展低碳农业方面做了许多工作,但还存在诸如农业现代化水平低、农民的低碳意识薄弱、农业基础设施建设进程缓慢、农民素质普遍较低,自主创新能力不足、粗放式农业生产方式较普遍等问题。因此,必须采取相应之策,大力发展低碳生态农业,以促进现代农业由高向低碳经济转型,实现农业又好又快发展。
