| 摘 要： | 中西合璧的知识结构、译书西馆的工作经历、捷足先登的西游阅历,使王韬形成了"地球合一"的世界观念,衍生出了内外互通的对外传播思想,并提出了切实可行的对外传播策略。他主张通过创办西文报刊、遣使西国等对外传播活动使中国在中外交涉中占据主动地位,向西方社会传播中国的真实情况,树立中国形象。王韬对外传播思想无疑超前于他所在的时代,在今天仍有一定的借鉴意义。
