| 摘 要： | 正确的和谐观具有对立、整体、个体和实践等四种面相。对立和谐是尊重差异、包容多样的统一,是矛盾调和的过程;整体和谐意味着重视全局,有大局意识;个体和谐关注每个个体的各方面素质的提升,为和谐的达成准备条件;实践和谐决不是自然形成的,而是要付出努力,在实践中实现和谐。把握和构建和谐校园应遵循这样的和谐观,明晰和谐校园构建的主体、目标、实质、路径和方法,构建以人为本、全面发展、关系协调和管理科学的和谐校园。

| Abstract: | The correct concept of harmony includes four aspects:opposition,entirety,individual and practice.Opposition and harmony reflect difference,tolerance and unity of diversity.It is a process of reconciling the contradictions.The whole harmony means the global attention,and individual harmony pays attention to the individual improvement of quality,which prepares for harmony.Practice and harmony are not a natural formation.We should make efforts to achieve harmony.In order to build a harmonious campus,we should ... |
