| 摘 要： | 网络庭审快速、高效、便捷、宽松的司法特点有利于保护未成年被告人的合法权益,有利于教育和改造未成年被告人。网络庭审在少年司法中的适用因广大青少年对网络技术的掌握而具备了前提条件,也具备了司法基础、物质基础和组织保障,具有可行性。但网络庭审应限定在部分少年司法案件中,设置庭前、庭中和庭后的程序规范,加强程序保障和安全保障。
