| 摘 要： | 财政支持新农村建设具有经济和社会等多种效应,对其效应进行评价具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。财政支持新农村建设效应评价指标体系应遵循全面性、独立性、可获取性以及与财政投入相关性等原则。以县为单位,基于数据包络分析方法的财政支持江西新农村建设效用评价实证分析结果表明,江西部分县财政支持新农村建设的技术效率和规模效率还不高,需从调整财政支出规模、优化支出结构和加强资金管理等多方面入手,以不断提高财政支持新农村建设效应,加快新农村建设步伐。
