从网络教育分析教育产业问题

本文针对教育产业化问题引起的争论 ,从网络教育出发 ,分析教育市场、教育投资策略及面向 2 1世纪的教育理论。全文在说明了当前对于教育产业的三种不同观点的基础上 ,论述了由网上教育产生的教育产业化的新问题 ;从现代市场管理学理论分析了教育市场及网络教育市场 ;用财务管理学理论对教育市场进行教育投资策略分析 ;论述网络教育对教育基本理论的影响并说明在网络教育下 ,面向 2 1世纪对新的教育基本理论和教育系统的理解。网络教育的出现 ,把提供网络的营利机构与教育机构紧紧捆在了一起 ,但又在经营策略和运行机制上产生矛盾。认识教育在社会结构中的地位 ,应采用“三分法”理论将教育认定为与政府部门、营利部门不同的“第三部门”。教育既能部分地产业化 ,又不能完全产业化 ,在政策所允许的范围内 ,发展教育产业可以刺激居民消费 ,拉动经济增长 ,缓解就业压力 ,更能促进网络的应用 ,缩小地域教育的差距

An analysis of educational industrialization from the angle of network education

Focusing on the argument over the educational industrialization,this paper analyzes educational market,educational investment strategy and the 21st century oriented education theory from the angle of network education.This article is divided into 5 parts:at first,the three different viewpoints about educational industrialization are introduced.The second part deals with the new issues about educational industrialization arising from online learning.The third analyzes the educational market and network education market,using the modern management theory.In the fourth part,the educational investment strategy for the educational market with financial management theory is analyzed.In the last part,the author presents the fundamental education theory effected by network education and states under the network education how to understand the new 21st century oriented fundamental education theory and education system.
