| 摘 要： | 中国古代监察制度是为维护封建统治而建立,它虽有许多弊端,但也有许多可供我们借鉴的地方,我们可以运用"古为今用"的原则,严格监察人员的选拔,注重他们素质的提高;改革现有的监察体制,加强监察机构的独立性;将事前防范和事中控制及事后处罚相合;严格对监察人员的考核,以进一步健全和完善现今的监察制度,把工作做得更好.
