| Abstract: | Employment and reemployment is an important and urgent task for the revival of the old industrial base in Liaoning. Development is the basic way to expand the scope of employment and reemployment, and the problem of employment can only be solved by the way of development. Private enterprises have their unique employment characteristics and advantages, and there is much space for the further development. The government should establish their dominating status in the expansion of employment. |
