教师专业化与教师教育专业标准的构建

摘    要:随着社会的发展,教师的专业标准从道德本位过渡到知识本位进而发展到以人为本,这些变化都需要教师教育应有一个教师专业化标准,这是时代发展的必然要求,也是教师教育的目标指向和质量要求。教师教育培养标准应包括:知识、技能和意向标准;现场经验和临床实践标准;评估标准和发展标准等。

Abstract:With the development of the society, teachers' professional standards changed from morality-centered to knowledge-centered and developed to man-centered. These changes require teachers' education has professional standards.It is the directional aim and the required quality of the teachers' education. Teachers' educational training standards include: knowledge, skill and intention standards,on-the-spot experiences and personal practice standards,and assessment standard and development standard.
