人们对于竞争重要性认识的加强,更加剧了企业间的竞争,市场日益成为相互屠杀的"红海",因而有必要开创新的市场空间即进入"蓝海"。但是,即使人们一般所谓"蓝海战略",实际上也都只是基本利益差异化战略——一种最终无法避免竞争甚至较易导致竞争的战略。而远离基本利益战略可能比基本利益差异化战略更能减少竞争的可能性,推迟受到竞争的时间,是更为有效的战略。

Off-Basic-Benefit Strategy Study

With people's more recognition given to the importance of competition,it is sharpening the rivaling between businesses,and makes the market a "blooding red ocean".Therefore,it is necessary to tamper a new market open to create a "blue ocean".However,even the so-called "blue ocean" strategy is actually just a basic benefit differentiation strategy in which competition is inevitable or even intensified.Compared with the basic benefit differentiation strategy,the off-basic-benefit strategy may reduce the competition or delay the competition,which is hence a more efficient strategy.
