| 摘 要： | 县域文化由植根于县域的价值观念和思维方式、文化教育和科学技术、文化传统和民俗风情、文化设施和文化活动等多种要素构成。县域公益性文化构成主要包括科教文化事业、公益性文化设施建设与运营、对公民的义务宣传和教育活动等;县域经营性文化主要有文化旅游、文化娱乐、文印广告、文体培训等;县域兼容性文化介于公益性文化与经营性文化之间,主要有文化传媒产品的生产与经营、文化资源的保护与开发以及文艺创作和演出等。

| Abstract: | County- region cultrue is composed of values, modes of thinking, education, science, technology, traditions and customs, which are imbedded in the county region. Its public good part includes the cause of science and educa-ton, the construction and running of cultural facilities, and the publicizing of civil right; its managerial part includes travel, amusement, publishing,advertising, artistic and physical training. Between the two is the compatible part, which consists of the production and selling of products of cultural media, the protection and development of cultural resources, literary and artistic creation,and the artistic performance. |
