| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机爆发以来,企业环境的复杂性和不确定性大幅提高,企业危机管理已经被放到战略层面加以思考.但是如何衡量企业的战略危机管理状况,企业的高层管理者应该从哪些方面入手进行战略危机管理,如何建立企业战略危机管理评价指标体系,用哪些方法对战略危机管理做出正确的分析判断,一直是困扰企业高层管理者和学术界的难题.
