| Abstract: | The lifelong political achievements of the famous official of Ming Dynasty,Liu Tianhe,are mainly as follows.He was ranked number one among all the governors of his time,praised as miraculous in controlling rivers by those both inside and outside governments,honored for outstanding victories in border defense.He was both famous in military stategies,foresight with wide views and innovative in strategies,tactics and weapon designs,in combination of river controlling ideas and technical tools.He was one of the rare figures integrating humanities with science and technologies. |
