论社会主义市场经济条件下的金融体制改革

我国在向社会主义市场经济新体制迈进并与世界经济接轨的过程中,面临着一个重大的“制度变迁”,就是要彻底改革我国传统的企业制度和金融体制,建立适应市场经济体制要求的新的企业制度和金融体制。本文侧重对我国金融体制的改革提出构想,认为金融体制改革的目标就是要求实现银行的企业化,这是我国金融业发展的根本出路。

On Reform of Financial System Under Socialist Market Economy

In the course that China advance towards a new system of the socialistmarket economy which is to be converged into the world economy, whatis in view is a major "system transformation". It means a thorough reformof China's traditional enterprise system and financial system and theestablishment of a new sytem of flee enterprises and market financial system.
