摘    要:高校师资队伍建设业已成为高等教育改革与发展的重难点。笔者通过对百余所"985"、"211"高校教师聘任条件的调查发现,"出身论"现象已经不再是个别特例。文章通过追述此种规则带来的隐忧,进而反思其行为的本质,最后提出高校创新人才评价思维及构建多元、科学的聘用制度的改革思路。

Abstract:Construction of Teacher Team has become heavy and difficult for higher education reform and development. Through more than hundreds of the "985", "211" university teachers' employment conditions of the survey found that " Emphasize the origin " phenomenon is no longer the individual exceptions. This paper traces the rules risk, and reflect the nature of its behavior, finally proposes university innovation talents evaluation thinking to build the multiple, scientific recruitment system reform.
