摘    要:人们对于社会性风险事件尤其是关于食品安全的风险感知受到事故本身和风险环境的多重影响,诸如大众对风险事物的熟悉程度、事件的可控制性、由此引发的灾难以及整个社会的科学知识水平与大众传媒的共同作用等因素都会在不同程度上影响到大众风险感知的深度和广度,并由此激发的社会性恐慌行动也各异。了解这些影响因素的作用机制对现代风险传播与危机管理有重要意义。

Abstract:People’s perception of social hazardous events, especially the hazard of food security, is influenced by multiple factors of the events themselves and the hazardous environment. Elements such as the extent of the public’s familiarity with the hazardous event, the event’s controllability, the subsequent disaster, the level of the whole society’s scientific knowledge, and the co-functions of mass media, more or less affect the depth and width of the public’s hazard perception. This way, the society’s panic will be aroused in various forms. The knowledge of the mechanism of these factors are of great significance for the modern hazard spreading and crisis control.
