| 摘 要： | 随着时代的变革和社会的进步，“学习型组织”理论日益被人们所接受并运用到具体的工作中。在高等院校思想政治队伍中建立学习型组织，对于提高高等院校思想政治工作者素质，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作将发挥积极的作用。

| Abstract: | with the change of era and progress of society,"learning organization"theory is increasingly accept- ed by the people and applied to concrete work.Constructing the learning organization in the ideological and politi- cal work contingent in institutions of higher education plays a positive role in promoting the qualities of those who are in charge of ideological and political work and improving ideologica and politcol education of college students. |
