| 摘 要： | 日本作为海上强国,近年来在推行其海洋国家战略的学术建构过程中,发展形成了海民研究的动向。通过对海洋国家日本的海民群体的概念、特征的阐释,对海民研究专题的归纳以及对海民研究所呈现特点的解析,探讨海民研究对日本海洋战略学术建构的突破作用,为我国海洋战略研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | As a strong marine power,Japan has been trying to construct her marine strategy in research,forming a trend of study on maritime people.This paper discusses the concept and features of maritime people,and analyzes characteristics manifest in maritime people research.It is expected that we can learn from the research of maritime people in Japan and guide the study of marine strategy in our country. |
