尼罗河流域的曙光

尼罗河流经东非10国，穿越非洲最热地区与数百公里的沼泽地，大量河水被蒸发或流失。从20世纪上半叶开始，随着尼罗河流域各国经济的发展，需水量不断增加，流域各国为水曾关系一度紧张。到世纪末，经流域各国及国际相关组织的共同努力，就如何分享尼罗河水、互助合作与共同开发流域的自然资源，各国已达成了某些共识。

The Dawn of Nile River

Nile River flows 10 countries of eastern Africa , after passing through the hottest area in Africa and kilometersof marshland, lots of water evaporates or runs off. With the economic development of the valley countries, they need water more and more, causing a tense relation among the countries. At the end of the century, the countries reached some agreement after their efforts and related international organization about sharing Nile water and exploiting naturalresources.
