文化强省视域下湖南农村文化基础设施调查与分析

大力发展农村文化基础设施是湖南文化强省战略实施纲要总体目标中明确提出文化保障力的具体体现,也是满足我省农民群众日益增长的文化需求的必然要求.通过对我省农村进行问卷调查发现,农村文化基础设施存在着诸多问题,与文化强省的战略目标存在一定差距.因此,构建农村文化基础设施建设的长效机制,提升农村群众文化精神生活面貌势在必行.
