| Abstract: | With an analysis of the definition of,the suitable conditions for,the appropriate forms of,the conditions of restriction to,the legal results from and a contrast of those similar actions to the self-supported ones,the present paper intends to reveal the social significance and the features of such actions.That apart,the paper holds that the establishment of self-support system is an important link to perfect the civil law system in our country. |
