农村股权社会化流转的新探索

近年来佛山各地农村在固化股权、现金配股或扩股、股权合理流动等方面的探索创新 ,推动了农村股份合作制改革的深入 ,促进了农村股权市场化、社会化 ,为农村股权社会化流转奠定了基础 ,但目前还存在阻滞农村股权社会化流转的一些障碍 ,因此在推进农村股权社会化流转方面要确立确保农民既得利益的原则 ,设立机构 ,有步骤有方法地把原有的股权推向社会化流转

A Study of the Socialization of Stock Right in the Countryside

In the countryside of Foshan, people are probing and creating new ideas in the aspects of stock right's consolidation, stock expansion and reasonable stock flow, which has deepened the reform on countryside's stock share cooperative system, promoted the marketing and socialization of stock right, and built up a foundation for the socialization of stock right. But at present there still exist some obstacles which prevent the socialization of stock share right, so we should establish the principle to ensure the peasants' vested interest, and set up a special institution to realize the socialization of stock right.
