| 摘 要： | "和谐人格"是和谐社会条件下所期望于人们的各种理想人格品质,是个体与他人、与自然、与社会和谐发展的一种人格,这种人格范型具备和谐人格的要素特征、结构特征、功能特征、标志特征.和谐人格的塑造是一项复杂庞大的系统工程,其基础是完善社会主义市场经济体制,其保证是健全社会主义民主政治制度,其条件是营造健康的文化环境.
