抗战时期,中国共产党积极采用各种举措解放和发展抗日根据地生产力,如实施减租减息的政策;选择新的劳动形式;建立多种经济成份互相依存共同发展的所有制结构;提高劳动者生产技能,调动劳动者的生产积极性;开垦荒地,扩大耕地面积;采用先进的科学技术。这些措施取得了显著的成就,并为当今留下了许多可供借鉴的经验:正确地把握与处理解放生产力和发展生产力的关系,把二者有机地统一起来;坚持生产力决定生产关系的原理,根据生产力发展状况,构建新的生产关系;理性地认识和对待私人资本主义,努力学会利用私人资本主义来发展中国社会生产力。

The CPC's Exploration Liberation and Development during the Period of Anti-Japanese War

During the period of Anti-Japanese War,the CPC(Communist Party of China) took many actions to liberate and develop productivity in the base areas,such as carrying out the policy of putting down the rents;choosing new work forms;creating a ownership structive with various kinds of economic elements coexisting and developing in an all-round way;improving the productive skills of laborers;activating the productive enthusiasm of labors,reclaiming the wasteland;enlarge the cultivated land,making use of advanced science technology.These measures have brought marked achievements and has accumulated much experience,for example: properly grasp and resolve the relationship between the liberation and the development of the productivity and unified them organically;The party has objectively cognized and treated private capitalism and made great efforts to learn to employ private capitalism to develop the productivity of Chinese society.
