| Abstract: | Medical accidents can be defined as medical personnel's faults leading to the death, maimedness, damage of any organ or other serious damage, of the patient in the course of medical treatment. Civil responsibility of medical accident is a responsibility of infringing in our civil law and must suit principle of faulted responsibility. |
