高校图书馆数字参考咨询现状分析及研究

介绍数字参考咨询服务的概念、特征、内容及其与传统咨询服务的异同，指出高校数字参考咨询服务存在技术、数据库建设、人才、服务质量、知识产权保护等方面的问题，并提出解决这些问题的相应对策和建议。

The Analysis and Solutions of the Current of Digital Reference Service in University Library

This paper has mainly describs the contents of three respects: First, digital reference services, including the concept, the characteristics, the content and the differences from the traditional reference service; Second, the problems of digital reference services in university library including the aspect of technology, the construction of database, talent, the quality of service, the protection of intellectual property, etc; Third, some countermeasures and suggestions of solving problems including doing the integrated administrative system of the library well, accelerating the construction of characteristic database, training the inter-disciplinary talent, launching the countermeasure in some aspects, such as individualized omni-directional information service ,etc.
