| 摘 要： | 农村社会保障制度是国家社会保障体系的重要组成部分 ,是指在农村这一特定区域范围内所施行的社会保障和福利事业。长期以来 ,由于历史的原因 ,占我国人口 70 %的农村居民大多游离于社会保障之外 ,农村社会保障始终处于我国社会保障体系的边缘。在农村建立社会保障有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The social security system in rural areas is important part of state social guarantee system,which refers to the social security and welfare projects in the specialized rural region.For a long time and because of historical cause,the rural residents,70% of toal population in China,were out of social security and social ensure in rural areas has been on the verge of social security system.It is significant to establish social security system in rural areas. |
