| 摘 要： | 如何将中国传统文化的核心价值、精神活转于当代,融进社会主义文化建设所需要的核心价值体系,是学术界当下的一项重要使命.新儒家代表人物张君劢主张从人生观入手建设国家新文化,其理论体系注重价值理性的传统与致思方向,以塑造新的国民性为目标,遵照新人-新公民-新民族-新精神-新文化-新国家的逻辑脉络,实现了中国近代文化由工具理性启蒙到人的发现、人的实践理性启蒙的成功转变,具有重要的历史价值与现实意义.
