| 摘 要： | 学术期刊是一种特殊产品，在其生产过程中，编辑人员承担了最重要的生产环节，期刊编辑的“安全生产”至关重要。论文阐述了期刊安全生产的涵义；提出了编辑人员“安全生产”应树立的三种意识：政治责任意识，法制意识和质量规范意识；探讨了搞好期刊安全生产对编辑人员的素质要求，并对期刊安全生产与编辑创新的辩证关系进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Academic journal is a special product in that editors conduct the producing procedures of the greatest importance so that the sense of Safety-in-Production has to play a core role in editing. This paper presents the definition of Safety-in-Production in periodical production, discusses the quality demand for editors for the safe production of journals and explores the dialectical relationship between the Safety-in-Production and editing innovation. |
