| 摘 要： | 在如今复杂多变和多元化的文化碰撞与融合的社会环境中,大学生思想政治教育仍然采取传统的显性模式,既不符合时代发展的需要,也不能满足高等教育全面深化改革的要求.这就需要实施大学生隐性思想政治教育,将隐性思想政治教育与显性思想政治教育融合起来,加强校园文化建设,引领校园网络文化,满足社会对人才的需求.

| Abstract: | In today's complex and ever-changing social environment featuring the collision and integration of diverse cultures,the traditional explicit mode in ideological and political education for college students neither meets the needs of the development of the times nor meets the need of the deepening higher education reform.This requires that an implicit teaching mode should be adopted and integrated with the explicit teaching mode so as to strengthen the construction of campus culture,guide campus internet culture,and meet the social demands for talents. |
