摘    要:采用人工智能和大数据分析应用型人才培养目标,实施“反向设计、正向施工”人才培养路径,有利于提升工程教育质量。毕业生“硬实力”和“软实力”双轨能力形成,是毕业生综合职业核心竞争力提升的主要抓手。课程体系是学生“双轨能力”形成的有效途径,学生活动是高校学生综合职业能力素质形成的重要载体和平台。无论是课程体系建设,还是其他综合素质人才培养路径,都必须以学生为中心,加强对学生“产前、产中、产出、产后”的动态变化管理。

Abstract:The quality improvement of engineering education will benefit from adopting artificial intelligence and big data in the analysis of application-oriented talent cultivation goals to follow an approach of“reverse design and forward construction”.To arm graduates with both“hard strength”and“soft strength”is the crucial step to improve their comprehensive professional core competitiveness.The curriculum system is an effective way for students to build the two strengths,and students activities are an important carrier and platform for developing their comprehensive professional competence.In either field,it is necessary to take the student as the center and strengthen the dynamic change management over students throughout the whole educational process.
