摘    要:生态瞬时评估(EMA)是一种用于跟踪影响体重变化时,心理状态和环境变量的数据收集方法。本研究的主要目的是评估EMA数据收集频率对感知负担、数据质量和自我效能感的影响。具体方法是以每天1次、2次和4次的频率收集151名志愿者12个月的数据,统计出不同频率下志愿者负担和动力的均值和标准差;使用方差分析和混合效应回归来模拟调查不同提示频率对参与者负担和动力的影响。研究结论认为与一天1次和4次相比,一天2次的EMPOWER研究提示会使人们总体来说有更多的动力和更低的负担。

Abstract:Ecological momentary assessment(EMA)are used to track time-varying psychological states and environmental variables that impact weight change.In our study,the primary objective is to assess the impact of the frequency of EMA assessments on perceived burden,data quality and self-efficacy.We collected data from 151 volunteers at frequencies of 1,2,and 4 times a day within 12 months,then calculated the mean and standard error of participants’burden and motivation within different frequencies.ANOVA and mixed effect model are also been used to analyse the levels of burden and motivation.Finally we conclude that comparing with 1 and 4 prompts per day,the EMPOWER study with 2 prompts per day will lead to participants’lowest burden and best motivation.
