| 摘 要： | P2P网贷平台归零并不等于市场完全出清,也不代表风险归零.比起P2P网贷平台的数量,更需要关注的是P2P网贷平台的退出及转型进展.分析P2P网贷平台转型为网络小贷公司、助贷机构和消费金融公司的现状,指出转型过程中的难题,从而提出P2P网贷平台转型后应加强信用平台建设、加大科技投入力度、加强创新和探索、拓展发展渠道、支持小微企业发展、支持"三农"发展等政策建议,具有重要的现实意义.
