摘    要:新建本科院校人力资源管理专业人才培养模式面临的突出问题是人才培养目标脱离办学实际与社会需要,课程体系模糊不清且缺乏特色,实践教学重视不够且缺乏实效。对此,必须要对其现有人才培养模式进行优化与重组,进一步强化应用型人才培养的目标定位,优化应用型课程体系,提升应用型实践教学的实效性。

Abstract:The outstanding problem faced by the talent training model of human resource management specialty in newly-built universities is that the goal of talent training is not based on the schools'actual conditions and social needs,the curriculum system is vague and lacks characteristics,and practical teaching is not stressed and effective.In this regard,it is necessary to optimize and reorganize the existing talent cultivation model,further strengthen the orientation to applied talents,optimize the application-oriented curriculum system,and enhance the effectiveness of applied practical teaching.
